Weekend Agenda: Armory Week Art Fairs

It’s Armory Week! Arguably the busiest week in the New York Contemporary Art world. In addition to The Armory Show there are about ten other fairs open through Sunday each catering to a different taste and budget. If you're looking for Contemporary masterpieces or just want to browse the biggest New York fair of the year, hit the Armory Show on Pier 92 and 94. If your focus is on work priced under $50,000, try NADA at 572 Washington Street or Art on Paper on Pier 36. Art fairs are great way for me to show my clients a ton of art under one roof in just a few hours. I still have some free time this weekend, so if you’re interested in buying art, but don’t know where to start, let’s make a date! Here are some of my favorite pieces and scenes from the fairs!
