I advise new and established collectors on the acquisition of investment-quality Contemporary art for homes, offices, and public spaces. With nearly twenty years of experience in the New York art world, I source the best available work for my clients, provide market research, and aggressively negotiates price when purchasing privately or advise on bid strategy when buying at auction.

A Manhattan native, I am a graduate of Amherst College and received my Ph.D. from the Bard Graduate Center. My dissertation was on the Contemporary sculptor Kenneth Snelson. I started working for leading auction houses and galleries in 2001 and opened my art advisory practice in 2013.

I have also taught art and design history on the undergraduate and graduate levels, published essays, and given lectures. I frequently serve on benefit and steering committees for art-related non-profits. In 2018, I became a co-chair of The Art Show Henry Street Settlement Gala Young Collectors Committee.

I live in Manhattan with my husband, John; our daughter, Agnes; and a small fluffy dog named Hogarth.
